Worlds for film & advertising.

Production design, art direction & styling in Zurich, Switzerland.

We see production design as the interplay of space, image and material. Our work is concept-driven, precisely executed and developed in close collaboration with directors, creative teams and productions — always with a clear visual approach. Based in Zurich, we work across scales, from minimal studio setups to fully built environments.

The Crew

We're planning world domination. Or at the very least, damn good advertising.

Trap Studios is a young production design company with an experienced team, plenty of curiosity and a passion for strong visual ideas.

We develop and realise visual worlds for advertising, film and everything in between. From the first idea to the finished set we take projects on holistically, translating concepts into spaces, images and atmospheres that work. From set construction and props through to styling and set dressing, we make everything a project needs visually possible.

We combine experience and creativity with a high standard of quality and detail. We think conceptually, work towards solutions and stay flexible — because great productions, for us, come from the interplay of idea, team and execution.

We work closely with creatives, directors, agencies and brands to find the right visual language for every project. Whether it's a large set, a precise detail or a deliberately pared-back solution: what interests us most is what tells the idea best.

And with all the ambition we bring to our work, one thing holds true: we take our work seriously — ourselves, not always.
